A short drive north-West from Melbourne’s CBD, Bonehead have been brewing up revelry since 2016. Founders Anthony Dinoto and Travis Nott’s 80-person brewery / venue now features a core range of range of six beers including Mum’s Pilsner and Phaze Out NEIPA, plus a regular stream of limited releases.
The latest of which is Enter the Dragon Fruit, a dragon fruit and passionfruit laden Hazy IPA that’s also the name of this month’s exclusive Hops To Home collaboration, as Travis explains.
“We’ve had success with a bunch of Fruited NEIPAs and IPAs, with them being some of the better received beers we’ve put together.
